Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank.
Rates are subject to 10% service charge and the prevailing government tax at 10%.
Rates quoted are based on respective occupancy as indicated, in Singapore Dollars.
Reservations will be held till 1600 hrs of the day of arrival, unless otherwise advised.
Full length of stay applicable for cancellation less than 14 days’ notice or no-show.

** 1830hrs(Bin-Sin) ferry will not be available on Sunday if Monday is a

Check-In Time
1. Passengers are advised to check in and collect boarding passes at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal #01-21 BRF Check-in counter at least 1 and a half hours before departure time. BRF reserves the right to cancel booking if boarding pass is not collected 40 minutes before departure.
2. For departure from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (Bintan Resort), passengers are required to re-confirm their return trip and collect boarding passes at least 2 hours before departure. BRF reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings if passengers check-in later than 45 minutes from departure.

Peak period rates apply for departures on Friday - Sunday, eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays.
• Adult rates apply to all passengers 12 years old and above. Children (including infants) below 12 years of age will be charged child rates.
• Total Peak/Off Peak Counter Fares rates above are inclusive of $3 Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal levy, $4 BBT terminal levy, $1 baggage handling fee, $0.60 per 1-way PSA security levy, $0.50 per 1-way BBT security levy, $5 per 1-way FCA and $2 new Indonesia departure tax. Levies and fees are subject to change according to the respective authorities.
• Each passenger is entitled to 1 hand-carry items not exceeding 10 kg, no larger than 70cmx51cmx34cm and 1 sling bag. Baggage exceeding 10kg will be charged in accordance with rates levied by the respective terminals, up to a maximum of 20kg. Bicycles and surfboards are subject to a S$10.00 charge per piece.
• Prior approval for carriage of cargo goods is required and is subject to rates levied by the respective baggage handler.
• Passengers who are more than 26 weeks pregnant are prohibited from travelling on board the Vessel unless a medical certificate certifying fitness to travel is provided.
• Please also ensure that the passport is valid for entry and that it is valid for at least 6 months prior to departure.

As for Momo and Perfectwound, they will meet us straight at Bintan as scheduled.
After caculating, each person need to pay ard $173.20 for 4 days 3 nites stay at Bintan.
