Bro Bought another Massage Device @ 12/29/2007 07:29:00 PM

After the Eye Massage Device my Brother Bought, today, he bought another Back massage device from Oto.


Tis is how the device look like. Nw sitting proudly in my living room chair.


Little did i know, he also bought a digital watch for my cousin.

I didn't know that my bro can be tis generous so i wan thank him for all these comforatble devices. It do help me alot.

Before we went to the wedding dinnner, we wento Vivo to walk abt to relax ourself from the painful meomeries....


I went wiz Ter to Sentosa Shangri La Rasa Resort Ballrrom to attend Our church frenzs, Ling Horng n Devan's Wedding Dinner.


The dinner was held at Level one of the ballroom. It was posh and nice wiz 80 tables all occupied wiz ppl.


On the same day, it was also our fellow church frenz, Winston's Bday. So took a pic to wish him happi bday.



After that, i took pic for dear. And Dear took a pic for me.

Today another two more gift frm my Boss and my colleauge, Sina.

My Boss gave me a pack of Russell Stover Triple Chocolate Mousse while my colleauge gave me a braclet.

I would like to take tis time to thank all my colleauge and my boss who had given me wonderful gifts that i had nv ever expected.

Btw... to make Hubby Ter Jealous, The chocolate was reali reali veri veri yummmmmmmmmyyyyyyyyyyyyy..........

Lol.... Rest assured i will left for u 1/4 of the chocolate one.

A Blog Frenz of Mine actually play a fool on us a few weeks ago by saying she actually come to Singapore.

Be it intentionally or unintentionally, the harm was done to us.

The QUESTION is wherether we want to forgive her based on her plank on us?

Basically, for me, i hated ppl lying to me again and again. I was like a fool taken in by your stories.

I learn the truth and yes u cant blame me for being heartless to block u off my msn abd taken u off my blog link cos wat u did it too much for me to forgive u. When I given u chance to tell the truth u choose to stick to lying.

If u read my blog, u should who u r.

u ought to repent and tink over wat u did on us who trusted u so much.

I went wiz Ter to watch tis show in cinema today.


The movie's premise is eerie and haunting enough to give you the goose bumps: New York City in 2012 is desolate and deserted. Rotting cars and weeds line the streets, broken bridges hang precariously over rivers, and herds of deer roam Manhattan, hunted by marauding lions - and one man and his dog.

The man's name is Dr. Robert Neville (Will Smith) and the dog's name is Sam. Neville is reportedly the last man on Manhattan - after an outbreak of a man-made virus devastated the whole population and turned them into vampires. The virus was supposed to be a cure for cancer (as announced by an uncredited Emma Thompson as the virus creator) but it mutated into something George A. Romero would have imagined for his "Living Dead" movies.

Of course, Neville believes he is not alone. The former military scientist, who is now immune to the virus, blames himself for this debacle, especially the death of his wife and daughter, and is earnestly trying to find a way to reverse the mutation. Everyday, he sends out a message on AM radio, urging survivors to meet him near the bombed out Brooklyn Bridge. When night falls, Neville returns to his heavily padlocked apartment alone, with Sam. They must hide from the flesh-eating creatures of the night! Is there any human survivor who will give him hope and restore his failing sanity?

"I Am Legend" is the latest screen adaptation of Richard Matheson's 1954 sci-fi novel about what it is like to be alone in a world populated by cannibalistic zombies. It was first screened in 1964, with Vincent Price playing "The Last Man On Earth", and later in 1971 with Charlton Heston as "The Omega Man". There is also a direct-to-DVD (2007) version titled "I Am Omega" starring Mark Dacascos which was apparently a rip-off of this Will Smith version.

However, this official third adaptation had a long development history. Planned as far back as 10 years ago, Arnold Schwarzenegger was slated to star in it, with Ridley Scott as director. However, the project continued to be kicked around for so long that even Tom Cruise and Michael Douglas had been considered and declined, as was Michael Bay as its director. It was only when producer-screenwriter Akiva Goldsman came on board that the movie got under way.

We should have no complaints about Smith's portrayal of Neville - or Francis Lawrence's helming of the movie, for that matter. The prolonged introductory sequences, especially of deserted NY City and of Neville hitting golf balls off the wing of a military plane, will etch on our minds for a long time. Unlike Tom Hanks in "Cast Away", who has only a volleyball for a friend, Smith has an easier time relating his feelings to his German Shepherd. Still, it is painful and even scary seeing him talking to mannequins at a DVD store and putting all his hopes on his quest for a 'cure'. Lawrence cleverly alternates these lonely scenes with flashbacks of Neville's bid to save his family (Salli Richardson and Willow Smith) and the zombie attacks which provide the fear and tension factors. The one nagging question that viewers may have is how on earth is electricity still available in a city that is essentially dead?

I am glad that Lawrence has not fashioned "I Am Legend" as a zombie movie a' la Romero but as a study on man's loneliness in a once busy city. Why, the CGI images of an uninhabited New York City is worth the price of admission and for that we have to thank production designer Naomi Shohan and cinematographer Andrew Lesnie. They are the real legends in cinema technology!

Jus like stella said... it not worth to watch at all... Reali regret to go wqtch this show...

On Xmas Eve, i went to office expected to work until 5.30pm.

I started to give out small goodie bags for my colleagues to spread the festival of giving....

Little did i know i get back someting frm them...

Xmas gifts....


Wonderful arent them?

It taught me the gift of giving and the joyous they given to me.

My boss surprised me as he told me that i am the onli one in the whole company that was given half day off on X'mas eve.

Hehehe.... After that, i went over to Hubby Ter Hse to Accompany him and his mum.... Lol... End up we catched National Treasure Part 1 on his Laptop.... After that, we caught my church Svc online.... :P Nice NIce....

It proved to be the best movie & Drama i ever watched....

After that, Hubby Ter come over to my hse to stay overnite.

Tired Tired..... Off i went to wonderland to find my beauty Slp...

That how i spend my meaningful Xmas EVE..... How abt u?

Come to tink of it, i actually watched 5 movies in less den 3 week of this December. Lol.... Let me tell you the movie i had watched.


1) Enchanted
Featuring an all-star cast, the film follows the beautiful princess Giselle (Amy Adams) as she is banished by an evil queen (Susan Sarandon) from her magical, musical animated land and finds herself in the gritty reality of the streets of modern-day Manhattan. Shocked by this strange new environment that doesn't operate on a 'happily ever after' basis, Giselle is now adrift in a chaotic world badly in need of enchantment. But when Giselle begins to fall in love with a charmingly flawed divorce lawyer (Patrick Dempsey) who has come to her aid - even though she is already promised to a perfect fairy tale prince (James Marsden) back home - she has to wonder: can a storybook view of romance survive in the real world?


2)The Golden Compass
Lyra Belacqua is an orphan who lives happily in Jordan College, Oxford, playing with local boys and terrorising the professors. However, when Lyra overhears scholars discussing a plot against her uncle, Lord Asriel, centering around a mysterious substance called Dust, her curiosity is roused. Soon Lyra is in over her head as she uncovers a frightening plot and a whole new world of possibilities.


3)Alvin & Chipmunks
Based on the 1980s cartoon series about a music group of chipmunks comprised of mischievous group leader Alvin (Ross Bagdasarian Jr.); the tall and quiet Simon (Matthew Gray Gubler); and chubby, impressionable Theodore (Jesse McCartney). The three chipmunk brothers are adopted by a songwriter named Dave (Jason Lee) and with his help, the Chipmunks skyrocket to musical fame. However, in comes scheming greedy agent Ian (David Cross). He tries to lure the Chipmunks away from their concerned father figure, Dave, with the promise of fun, fortune and fame. Will they fall for Ian's villainous plans or stay loyal to trusty Dave?


4)National Treasure: The Book of Secret
Benjamin Gates has spent a lifetime hunting treasures that have been lost to history. But when a secret from the past is uncovered, history will be re-written and his family name tarnished. On a quest to restore his family's honour, he must chase the truth behind the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. His search leads him to uncover a mystery that can only be unraveled by the Presidents' Book of Secrets: a collection of documents containing the most vital national secrets. Ben must attempt the impossible, including kidnapping the President of the United States and breaking into Buckingham Palace, tracing the paths of forefathers in a race against time. Every clue leads one step closer to unlocking a mystery the world isn't ready to believe.


5) Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium
Molly Mahoney (Natalie Portman) is the most awkward and insecure manager of Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium - the strangest, most fantastic and most wonderful toy store in the world. Although her life is full of joy and charm, she has acquired nothing but several beginnings, a few middles and absolutely no ends. But when Mr. Magorium (Dustin Hoffman), a self-proclaimed toy impresario, wonder aficionado and avid shoe-wearer, the 243-year-old eccentric who owns the store, bequeaths the store to her, a dark and ominous change begins to take over the once remarkable Emporium. The once lively, happy and colourful store begins to gray as if it knows of his imminent parting. It takes only "magic" to start a brand new beginning.

My Comment:
I find the movie amazing as it bring me into a world of fantasy and magic and reality. It make me realised actually we can overcome all the problems as long as we believe in ourself and others.
