After being thru a rushing period of months, i decided to take MC to rest for a days of two.

During these two days, i had enough rest. But still on the second day of Mc, i had a terrible headache and doctor say i had high blood pressure at level of 149.

Hmm.... seemed abit scared abt tis.

But nevertheless, i decided to eat my regular diet to prevent me from having high blood pressure again.
